RMD is divided into two divisions: Marketing and Technical Services.

Many ask why we would combine marketing and technical services at one company. It is simple. When RMD was founded in 1993 we were pioneers in our field when we decided to offer design/marketing services on both the Macintosh and PC platforms. It allowed us the ability to work with our corporate clients when they supplied us data from their PC computers.

Furthermore, we needed specific hardware and software capabilities which no one offered out of the box to meet the our graphical interface needs. So, we had to utilize our skills in building our own systems and network ourselves from the ground up. Later, when our corporate clients had technical problems they asked us for suggestions or a referral to who we used.

Our response was ourselves.

And, so it began. We were then additionally contracted to perform technical services on their networks, and later even build their internal computer systems. They found our knowledge and experience more capable then what was readily availalable to them, and to boot, our costs to them were a third to over half less than what other technicians were charging.

We now are authorized resellers for hundreds of products including:
Sony, HP, Intel, Compaq, Toshiba, Western Digital, Dell, and many more.

While most ad agencies still only offer design services on the Macintosh platform, and others have an orphaned PC in the corner only suggesting they have the available platform, we have over 12 years of experience on both the Macintosh and PC platform from the inside out.
